Terms and Conditions for Spotted Gum
Welcome to Spotted Gum! These terms and conditions govern your use of our services and your stay at our glamping accommodations. Please read them carefully before booking.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking and staying at Spotted Gum Glamping, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not book or stay at our property.
2. Booking and Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. All payment methods accepted. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
3. Accommodation Use
We’d like to remind you of one of our important house rules to help maintain a peaceful environment for all our guests and neighbors. We have a strict no party policy in place, and we use noise monitors to help enforce this rule.
Please be aware that any excessive noise detected between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM will be taken seriously. If we receive reports of excessive noise during these hours, we reserve the right to cancel the booking with no refund.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking date. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details.
5. Liability
Spotted Gum is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained by guests during their stay, unless caused by our negligence. Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
